ASEV-Eastern Section Scholarship
Application Form

Scholarship applications and materials are due March 1, 2027.

1. Complete online scholarship application

2. Email two letters of recommendation to info@asev-es.org

One letter must be from applicant's current advisor
Recommender must describe how they know the student
Recommender must rank the student on a scale of 1-10 with 10= the best

3. Email transcripts of courses completed from the last term at your current university to info@asev-es.org

Unofficial transcripts acceptable
Only send the transcript from most recent academic year of progress

4. Scholarship applicants must be a student member of both ASEV and ASEV-ES and enrolled in accredited college/university within the boundaries of the ASEV Eastern Section for the entire 2027-2028 academic year. Students are only eligible to win two ASEV-ES scholarships in their academic career.

Scholarship applications evaluated by ASEV-ES Scholarship Committee using the following rubric: **Online application is 60% (Interest in the Grape and Wine Industry 25%, Field of Study/Research 25%, and Importance of Scholarship 10%), Letters of recommendation (25%), and Transcripts (15%)
